We present a new project for investment "Butas Druskio gatveje". The project owner will use the raised funds for refinancing available loan and working capital. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 74 500.

The project funds will be used for refinancing the existing loan and working capital. This decision will give the project owner time to complete the installation, division and registration of the 83.8 square meter, four-room apartment. After completing these works, the apartments will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is EUR 190 000. The proceeds of the sale will repaid this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 83.8 square meters is pledged at Virginijaus Druskio st. 9-18, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 114 000.
