UAB “Tarptautinės investicijos” seeks to refinance a loan secured by the pledge of an 85,93 m² apartment and three parking spaces located at Olimpiečių g. 3E, Vilnius. The pledged property is located in the central part of the city – just a few minutes from the Vilnius central business district (Konstitucijos Ave.), the Neris river embankment, and the Old Town. This location benefits from consistent demand for residential housing both from local residents and higher-income professionals working in the nearby business district. As a result, real estate in this part of the city typically demonstrates a stable rental market and high liquidity in case of sale.
The pledged property is fully equipped and adapted for long-term rental. Currently, the apartment generates 2 250 EUR monthly rental income.
Due to its central location, strong rental demand, and fully prepared condition, the property has good realization potential in both the rental and sales markets.
Loan information:
The loan will be repaid through refinancing in another financial institution. Interest will be paid from the company’s working capital.
Please note that interest for investors will start accruing no earlier than 2026-03-16.
