We present a new financing project – Sausio 13-osios 31-35". The project owner will use the raised funds for the purchase of the real estate, which will be equipped later. The amount to be raised is EUR 95 900.

About the project owner: 
The project owner has experience in real estate development. Implemented different real estate development projects with a total area of 13 900 square meters.

The aim of the project:
The project will finance the purchase of a 56.09 square meters square metre apartment and a parking space, built in 2023. The apartment is currently registered as 90% complete according to the Centre of Registers. The apartment will be furnished in a modern style with all appliances and furniture. After these works, the apartment will be for sale. Expected sale proceeds EUR 220 000. The loan will be covered by the sale proceeds.

Interest by investment amount:
– From 100 EUR to 999 EUR – 7%
– From 1 000 EUR to 2 999 EUR – 7.5%
– From 3 000 EUR to 7 499 EUR – 8%
– From 7 500 EUR to 11 999 EUR – 8.5%
– From 12 000 EUR – 9%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
