About the Project:
The project owner has acquired a land plot located at Ilgoji g. 23, Bendoriai village, Avižieniai eldership, Vilnius district municipality. Bendoriai is one of the fastest-growing residential areas in the Vilnius district, attracting buyers looking for an alternative to city living. Residential developments are actively expanding in the surrounding area, with well-developed infrastructure and convenient access via Ukmergės highway and the Old Ukmergė road.

A semi-detached residential house with a total design area of 278.50 m² is being developed on the plot. The units are planned to be sold with partial finishing. Since the previous stage, construction works have progressed significantly – windows have been installed, facade works are nearing completion, garage doors have been installed, and stairs have been concreted. According to the Centre of Registers, the registered completion level remains at 6%, while the actual completion level has reached 64%.

Currently, there are no preliminary agreements or received advance payments. The original project plan remains unchanged – to complete the semi-detached house up to partial finishing and sell it by Q3 2026. Considering the attractive location, rapidly urbanizing surroundings, and growing demand for individual and semi-detached houses in the Vilnius district, the project is considered to have good sales and liquidity prospects.

Loan information:
The loan will be repaid from the proceeds generated from the sale of the property. Interest payments to investors will be covered from advance payments or the company’s working capital.

Maximum project financing amount: EUR 210,000 (EUR 151,140 already funded).

The target amount is planned to be raised within 7 days, with a possibility to extend the funding period up to 30 days if the amount is not fully collected.
