About the Project:
The Project owner aims to acquire a 49.76 m² apartment in the Justiniškės district of Vilnius. A notarial transaction agreement has already been concluded. The acquired property is planned to undergo a major renovation and be converted into a 3-room apartment, thus increasing its market value and liquidity.

Construction and interior finishing works will be carried out by the Project owner using his own funds. The planned project development period is approximately 2–3 months, after which the property is planned to be sold within the following 3 months. According to the Project owner’s assessment, the value of the renovated and replanned property could reach approximately EUR 160,000.

The Project is being developed in Justiniškės — one of the most densely populated and well-developed districts of Vilnius, characterized by convenient access to the city center, developed infrastructure, and stable residential real estate demand. Nearby there are shopping centers, educational institutions, public transport stops, and leisure areas, making the location attractive both for living and investment.

Loan information:
The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the pledged real estate. Interest will be paid from the company’s working capital and operating income.

We plan to raise the target amount within 7 days, with the possibility to extend the funding period up to 30 days if the amount is not fully collected.
