What Happens when a Campaign does not Reach the Targeted Goal?
Thundafund operates on a flexible funding model. If a campaign does not reach its fundraising goal, the funds raised are reconciled and paid out to the campaign creator rather than being automatically returned to backers.
Thundafund charges a fee of 7% (excluding VAT) on the total funds raised for regular projects, and 5% (excluding VAT) for registered NGOs. Additionally, third-party transaction fees range from 3% to 5.5%, depending on the payment method used.
