About the Project:
"Nidos bangos by CITUS" is an exclusive apartment project located in one of the most unique places in Lithuania – on the first line of the Curonian Lagoon waterfront in Nida. The project offers fully furnished 1–3 room holiday apartments ranging in size from 18 to 52 m². The apartments are suitable both for personal leisure and as an investment for short-term or long-term rental. The ground floor of the building features a SPA centre and a restaurant, while Nida town centre and the Baltic Sea beach are within walking distance.The property is located on the UNESCO-listed Curonian Spit, where the development of new real estate projects is strictly limited. The limited supply, unique natural surroundings, and well-developed recreational infrastructure contribute to the area's long-term attractiveness.

According to the data of the Centre of Registers, the pledged property has a 100% completion level. The project has been fully completed, and the project owner plans to sell the remaining units by the end of Q2 2027. Three preliminary sale and purchase agreements have already been signed. Taking into account the possibility of a longer sales period, the loan term has been set at 12 months.

The project is being developed by UAB "Project 19", a company belonging to the CITUS Group, one of the largest real estate development groups in Lithuania. The Group has many years of experience in the development of residential, holiday, and commercial real estate and has successfully completed dozens of projects across Lithuania.

The funds raised during this stage will be used to refinance the existing PROFITUS loan. The loan is being refinanced under a new loan agreement in order to provide the project owner with additional time to sell the remaining property, which could not be sold during the previous financing period.

Loan information:
The loan will be repaid from the project's sales proceeds, while interest will be paid from advance payments received or property sales.

We plan to raise the target amount within 7 days, with the possibility of extending the fundraising period to 30 days if the target amount is not reached.
