About the Project:
The project owner has acquired an 810 m² plot in the Entrelagos–La Cala Golf area in the municipality of Mijas, Málaga province (Costa del Sol, Spain). This is a prestigious gated residential community within one of the largest golf resorts in Andalusia, renowned for its exceptional natural surroundings, privacy, and high-end residential properties. The plot occupies a frontline golf position, offering unobstructed views of the golf course and surrounding green areas. Entrelagos Street is a quiet cul-de-sac, providing an additional level of privacy.

A modern two-storey villa with a private swimming pool, spacious terraces, and an open outdoor leisure area is being built on the plot. The project includes approximately 266 m² of above-ground living area with panoramic windows and a well-developed indoor–outdoor living concept designed to maximize the benefits of the Mediterranean climate. The villa will feature 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace and pool area, as well as parking spaces.

Since the previous financing stage, the project has achieved significant progress, with construction reaching approximately 15%. Most of the completed works include the construction of the swimming pool as well as the building foundations and structural works up to ground level. The current construction stage is in line with the works planned for the first financing stage and confirms the project's steady development.

The location is considered one of the most attractive in the Costa del Sol region – Marbella town centre is approximately 20–30 minutes away, Málaga Airport around 30–35 minutes, and the beaches of La Cala de Mijas are just a few minutes' drive. The area is particularly popular among international buyers seeking golf infrastructure, a secure environment, and a high quality of life.

The developer plans to sell the villa for approximately EUR 1 350 000, targeting a high-end international buyer.

Loan Information:
The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the property's sale, while interest payments to investors will be covered from the developer's working capital.

The maximum project financing amount is EUR 640 000 (EUR 125 000 already funded). The project is financed based on the current valuation of the pledged property until the maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is reached. Once the maximum LTV is achieved, further LTV calculations will be based on construction progress certificates approved by the architect together with updated external property valuations.

Please note that the loan amount will be disbursed after the mortgage has been signed and mortgage priority has been granted. Mortgage registration may take several weeks after the funds have been disbursed. Interest for investors will start accruing from the date the mortgage agreement is signed, in accordance with standard market practice in Spain.

Project stage term: 18 months, but no later than 2027-12-23.

The funding target is expected to be raised within 7 days, with the possibility of extending the fundraising period to up to 30 days if the target amount is not reached.
