New investment project “Trakai Residence”. The project funds will be used for the purchase of a holiday home, Luka blind. 43, Trakai. The project owner will repay the loan from the sales proceeds of other projects under development. The amount collected is EUR 116 900.

The house is located in the own house project “Bernardinu rezidencija” in Trakai, where there are 26 houses of regional architecture, in a picturesque place, right by Lake Galves. Some of the plots are right next to the lakeshore, the rest – no more than 120 meters away.

In order to ensure the interests of investors, a 161.3 square meter recreation house with a right to lease a plot of land in Luka blind is pledged. 43 in Trakai. The house-residence of 2006 is equipped with full finishing, all necessary communications have been introduced, and the house itself is 100% complete. The house is also assigned a 7.43 acre plot of land. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is 167 000 euros.

The mortgaged house is located in a picturesque area in Trakai, on the shore of Lakes Galve and Luka, the territory of the house is fenced and protected. Well-groomed environment, insulated and waterproofed foundations, possibility to install geothermal heating. Convenient infrastructure, nearby there is a pedestrian bridge, Trakai castle, walking trails, Cognitive trail Varnikai, Yacht club.
