We present a new financing project – “Strolio dvibutis”. The raised amount will be used to complete construction work. The amount to be raised is EUR 55 000. This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of the company’s operations and, if necessary, the credit balance is planned to be refinanced.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project is building a two-storey, 240-square-meter two-apartment house at L. Strolio str. 2, Romainiai, Kaunas district. The completion of the house currently under construction is 30-40%. The two-apartment house currently has a covered roof and windows and doors. The owner has experience in his business, regular and consistent suppliers and a large circle of customers. The company has been operating since 2019. This loan will be covered by the company’s operating income, which is growing every year. 2019 the company’s sales revenue was EUR 20 000 in 2020 – EUR 43 000, during the first three 2021 quarters – EUR 38 500.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors a fully equipped, 61.39 square meter apartment is pledged at Baltu Avenue, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 79 000.
Interest by investment amount:
– From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 8%
– From 500 EUR to 999 EUR – 8,5%
– From 1 000 EUR – 9%
