The purpose of the loan is acquisition of the premises located at A. Vivulskio str. 6, Vilnius. The premises to be purchased are 180.41 sq.m, on the fifth floor. The registered completion of the acquired premises is currently 100%, the year of construction is 1940. Premises at Vivulskio st. will be mortgaged to protect the interests of investors: • 180,41 sq.m premises, A. Vivulskio st. 6, that will be converted into 5 apartments. • The premises already have a permit for major repairs to the building. Repair work started on the premises. Premises are in a quiet place, just a few minutes to the Old Town. Around the developed infrastructure - there are schools, kindergartens, shops, pharmacies, polyclinic. Investors will be pledged with a primary mortgage. We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
