The project “Mokyklos str. 69 “Part II financing. The amount to be collected is EUR 99 800. The mobilized amount will be used for the reconstruction of the mortgaged property.

The project is being developed in a quiet location, 1 km from the pine forest and the Baltic Sea, which is only a 13-minute walk away! The building stands infrastructurally in a developed location, with convenient access from both sides of the building, easy access to major city roads. The total area of ??the building is 759.49 sq.m (excluding the basement), the area of ??the land plot is 26.94 areas.

Reconstruction and demolition of the premises have already started. The project envisages the formation and installation of 28 apartments. Currently, 22 apartments are signed advance booking contracts with a value of EUR 700 000. Once the apartments are formed and installed, they will be sold. The estimated sale price of the apartments is 1200-1400 EUR per square meter. An additional 115.49 will be sold
terraces, the estimated selling price of which is 500-600 EUR per square meter. Estimated sales revenue for the entire project is EUR 1,050,000.
To ensure the interests of investors, a plot of land (lease right) and a recreation building in Palanga, Mokyklos str. 69, with a total area of ??759.49 square metres. The value of the pledged property according to an independent appraiser is EUR 538,000. For investors the property will be pledged as a primary mortgage. The loan-to-value ratio (LTV) is 52%.
