We present a new financing project “Pastatas Siugzdinio g.”, the funds of which will be allocated to the purchase of real estate. The amount to be raised is EUR 324 700.

“Pastatas Siugzdinio g.” is a newly built two-story building with an area of 409.83 square meters in Kaunas, with commercial premises on the first floor and apartments on the second floor.

About the project owner:
The owner of the project has the status of a reliable developer and, together with PROFITUS, financed four real estate projects (Azuolyno G19, Azuolyno G21, Azuolyno G23, Butas Laisves aleja). The company UAB “Jonresta” has experience in real estate development. Implemented different real estate development projects with a total area of 4 150 square meters.

The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will equip the purchased building to partial completion and sell it. There is already a buyer for the building. The planned sales revenue is EUR 810 000.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, a plot of land, apartments and commercial premises are pledeg at the address V. Šiugždinio str. 17, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 592 600.

– From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 10%
– From EUR 500 to EUR 4 999 – 10,5%
– From EUR 5 000 to EUR 19 999 – 11%
– From EUR 20 000 to EUR 39 999 – 12%
– From EUR 40 000 to EUR 79 999 – 13%
– From EUR 80 000 – 14%
