We present a new financing project – “Namas Dvaro g., Kauno r.”. The funds raised will be used for real estate development. The amount to be raised is EUR 61 000. 

Project owner:
The project owner has experience in real estate development. Has implemented 4 different construction projects with a total area of 4 700 square meters.

The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will allocate a part of the raised amount to the repayment of the existing loan, and the rest to the construction of apartment buildings.

About the apartment buildings under development:
The developer is developing two apartment buildings with a total area of 2,247.5 square meters with a covered parking area. Apartments with an area of 50-75 square meters will be formed in the apartment buildings. One apartment building will consist of 18 apartments, the other – 15. The apartments are planned to be sold with partial decoration. It is estimated that the proceeds from the sale of all apartments will reach EUR 4 200 000.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a secondary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, a 549.32-square-meter residential house with a terrace and a 144.44-square-meter farm building with a sauna and a 4.7250-hectare plot of land are pledged at Dvaro stt. 59, Kaunas district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 433 000.

– From 100 EUR to 999 EUR – 13%
– From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 13,5%
– From 15 000 EUR – 14%
