About the Project:
The project owner has built a residential house in Pärnu County, Tori Parish, Eametsa village, in an area of detached houses. The total gross area of the property is 204.70 m². The property is currently rented and generates stable rental income of 1 500 EUR/month excluding VAT (gross). During the 18-month loan period, the rental income is expected to total 27 000 EUR, thus ensuring continuous cash flow and financial stability.
This property is pledged in order to refinance an existing loan with an outstanding balance of about 103 300 EUR. The remaining part of the raised amount will be allocated to a new real estate investment in Spain.
Loan Information:
The loan will be repaid either by refinancing with another credit institution or from the proceeds of the property sale, which, if necessary, could amount to 282 258 EUR excluding VAT. Interest payments will be covered from rental income or the company’s working capital.
