We present a new financing project,  Butas Virsilu g. 6-149″. The project owner will use the raised funds for the purchase of the real estate, which will be equipped later. The amount to be raised is EUR 116 900.

About the project owner:
The project owner has experience in real estate development. Implemented different real estate development projects with a total area of 13 900 square meters.

The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of an apartment with an area of 56.24 square meters, built in 2022, located on the twelfth floor of a brick apartment building. Currently, according to the Registry Center, the apartment is 88% complete. The owner of the project buys an apartment with a parking space for EUR 143 915, which he intends to equip in a modern way with all household appliances and furniture. After completing these works, the apartment will be sold. The estimated sales revenue is EUR 215 000. The proceeds of the sale will repay this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage: 
To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 56.24 square meters is pledged at Virsilu st. 6-149, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 167 000. In addition, the company’s director Edvard Radzevic provides a guarantee for this loan.
