Project “Butas Pilies g.“. Project funds will be used for refinancing, the amount collected is EUR 157 500.

The project funds will be used to refinance the previous loan. The owner of the project purchased land plots in Zujunai with previously financed funds, where he developed the infrastructure and sold it. The proceeds from the sale were invested in the acquisition of new plots of land. The project owner acquired land plots in Kalnenai, Vilnius. These plots are going to develop infrastructure and then sell. The proceeds of the sale will cover this loan.

To ensure the interests of investors, a 97.88 square meter, two-storey, fully equipped apartment is pledged in the Old Town of Vilnius, at Pilies str. 19, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 281,000.

The project owner’s company has been operating in the food flow sector for about 20 years. In addition, the project owner is engaged in the purchase and sale and development of real estate. Having previously received funding on the Profitus platform, he paid interest on time.
