To ensure the interests of investors, a 97.88 square meter, two-storey, fully equipped apartment is pledged in the Old Town of Vilnius, at Pilies str. 19, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 281,000.
