We present a new project for investment “Butas Laisves pr.”. The raised funds will be used by the project owner for the purchase of real estate. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 42 800.

The project owner has experience in real estate development. Implemented different real estate development projects with a total area of 2 148 square meters.

The aim of the project:
The project funds will be allocated for the purchase of a 35
.18 square meters, one-room apartment on the first floor of a brick apartment building in Vilnius. The project owner buys an apartment for EUR 70 500. The owner intends to carry out repair work with his own funds, equipped with all household appliances and furniture. After these works, the apartment will be sold. The estimated sales revenue is EUR 113 000. The proceeds of the sale will be used to repaid this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 35.18 square meters is pledged at Laisves ave. 93-2, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 61 200.

Interest by investment amount:
– From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 9,5%
– From EUR 500 to EUR 2 999 – 10%
– From EUR 3 000 – 10,5%
