Premises at Vivulskio st. will be mortgaged to protect the interests of investors:
• 122,76 sq.m premises, A. Vivulskio st. 6, that will be converted into 3 apartments.
• The premises already have a permit for major repairs to the building.
Repair work started on the premises.

Premises are in a quiet place, just a few minutes to the Old Town. Around the developed infrastructure – there are schools, kindergartens, shops, pharmacies, polyclinic.

Investors will be pledged with a primary mortgage.
