The project developer buys two residential apartments, Paneriu str. 30, Vilnius. The property is purchased at auction. 16A apartment area – 27.6 sq. M. m, 16B apartment area – 34.24 sq. m. m. The project is conveniently located near the city center – just 15 minutes to the Town Hall. The mortgaged apartment building has an enclosed courtyard.

After the apartments are renovated with partial finishing, they will be sold. The estimated sale price of the apartments is 2,200 euros per square meter. The planned sales revenue of the whole project is 154,600 Euros.
