About the Project:
During Stage I, the project owner – the special purpose company MB “NT Pliusai” – acquired an apartment located at Didlaukio g. 65-116, Vilnius, in the Baltupiai district. Following the acquisition, renovation works were carried out, including cosmetic repairs, replacement of the electrical installation, and plumbing improvements. The apartment was intended to be rented out by separate rooms; however, currently there are no tenants in the property.
At this stage, the loan will be used to settle payments with suppliers. The remaining part of the financing will be used for the company’s working capital needs.
It is planned to start renting out the apartment from June 2026. The project is being developed in Vilnius, Baltupiai district – an area where both rental and sales demand remain stable.
Loan Information:
The loan will be repaid through refinancing with another credit institution. Interest to investors will be paid from rental income or from the company member’s contributions.
The funding target is planned to be raised within 7 days, with the possibility to extend the fundraising period up to 30 days if the amount is not collected.
