The owner of the project will complete the installation of this apartment with all furniture. After all the installation of the apartment, the apartment will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is EUR 170 000 - 180 000.

To secure the interests of investors a 3-room, 51.52 square meter apartment with partial finishing is pledged at Verkiu st. 39-249, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 119 000.
We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
