We present a new financing project - "Butas Verkiu g.". The amount raised will be used for real estate development. The amount to be raised is EUR 80 800. This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of the property.

Project owner:
The project owner has experience in real estate development. Has implemented 6 different construction projects with a total area of 1 500 square meters.

The aim of the project:
The project owner buys a 3-room, 51.52 square meter apartment at Verkiu st. 39-249, Vilnius. The apartment is currently partially finished. The owner of the project will complete the installation of this apartment with all furniture. After all the installation of the apartment, the apartment will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is EUR 170 000 - 180 000.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors a 3-room, 51.52 square meter apartment with partial finishing is pledged at Verkiu st. 39-249, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 119 000.

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
