Lendino

 Lendino is a crowdlending platform where private and professional investors can lend directly to companies and individuals for the benefit of both parties.

Lendino mediates three types of loans: business loans, mortgage loans and network loans. What business loans and mortgage loans have in common is that they are credit-assessed by Lendino’s credit department. The borrower is always a company when we talk about business loans, while the borrower can be either a private person or a company when it comes to a mortgage loan. All business and mortgage loans from and including 2023 are secured by a mortgage on real estate in Denmark.
