For smaller companies we are running in-house stock exchange market which allows investors to conduct transactions before regulated market.
Find Funds allows to invest both for the individuals (from all over the world by accepting PayPal payments) and for the companies or investment funds which want to possess shares in start-ups presented on FindFunds. All payments are conducted online.
