CrowdFundMe is an alternative finance portal authorized by Consob that offers various investment opportunities (defined as Crowdinvesting):

• Equity Crowdfunding (investments in startup and PMI)
• Real Estate Crowdfunding (Equity investments in real estate)
• Minibonds (bond instruments for SMEs)
• Real estate lending crowdfunding through the subsidiary Trusters (investments in real estate transactions)

Investors: they can take advantage of the various opportunities offered by the portal to diversify their portfolio, investing in the selected project in just a few clicks.

Businesses: they have various tools at their disposal to finance themselves, supported by a team of experts. They can start collections to obtain the funds needed to grow by choosing between:

1. Equity, opening up share capital to an otherwise inaccessible audience;
2. Debt, or minibonds for SMEs
3. Lending, only for real estate transactions.

CrowdFundMe carries out a thorough due diligence of the companies: on average, only 6% of the candidates manage to publish the campaign on the portal.

There are no commissions to be paid by the investor.
