Accessible from €1,000, these generally short-term investments (between 6 months and 5 years) offer attractive returns and a particularly advantageous taxation today (Flat Tax of 30%). In addition, no fees are to be expected for the investor.
The investment opportunities offered on our platform are accessible whether you are an individual or a company.
For an individual, the following conditions must be met:
- Be an adult and not be under guardianship
- Register and complete your investor profile by adding proof of identity, your RIB and proof of address less than 3 months old
- Become aware of the risks associated with investments
- Sign the General Conditions of Use
For legal entities, you will need to send the signed statutes of the company, a Kbis extract less than 3 months old, the RIB of the company, proof of address and return the form indicating the beneficial owner.

The use of CITESIA Services is free for investors. The investor is charged no fees for subscribing to the Issuer’s offer. No costs will be invoiced to the investor in the event of non-fulfilment of the offer.
For issuers
5% excluding VAT of the total amount of the collection carried out;€1,500 excluding VAT in remuneration for the structuring of the ad hoc vehicle dedicated to the operation.
