We present a new project for investment “Tolimosios Sodu 4-toji”, the funds of which will be allocated to the completion of repair works. The amount to be raised is EUR 70 000.

About the project owner:
The owner of the project has 20 years of experience in the field of real estate. Implemented different real estate development projects with a total area of 8 000 square meters.

The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will allocate the raised amount for the completion and installation of 10 apartments with a total area of 393 square meters. The apartments will be fully equipped with all household appliances and furniture. After the completion of all the works, the apartments will be rented out, the expected income per month is about EUR 7 000. This loan will be repay from the rental income of this and other projects located in Kedainai and Vilnius.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage: 
To ensure the interests of investors, a newly equipped loft with an area of 31.27 square meters is pledged at Kauno st. 30A-460A, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 107 000.

Interest by investment amount:
– From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9%
– From 500 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 9.5%
– From 2 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10%
– From 5 000 EUR – 10.5%
