We present a new financing project “Siaures vienbutis”. The amount to be raised is EUR 105 700, of which EUR 87 000 will be allocated to the refinancing of the existing loan, and the remaining loan amount to the development of real estate.
The project owner has experience in real estate development. Implemented 6 different construction projects (a total of 12 individual houses) with a total area of 1 500 square meters.
About the project to which part of the money will be allocated:
“Bendoriu panoramos” – the owner of the project is developing 5 semi-detached houses on 5 plots of land with a total area of 52.36 ares. Four duplexes will have apartments of 120 square meters, and another duplex will have apartments of 145 square meters with garages. The estimated revenue from the sale of all houses is EUR 1 718 750. Currently, the project is being actively developed – houses are being built.

To protect the interests of investors, a residential house with an area of 79.79 square meters and a farm building with an area of 16.8 square meters with a plot of land of 6.03 acres belonging to them are pledged at Siaures sodu forth str. 84, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 162 000.

– From 100 EUR to 349 EUR – 10%
– From 350 EUR to 1 499 EUR – 10,5%
– From 1 500 EUR to 3 499 EUR –11%
– From 3 500 EUR to 6 999 EUR –11,5%
– From 7 000 EUR – 12%
