We present a new financing project “Siaures namas”, the funds of which will be allocated to the refinancing of existing loan and the development of real estate. The amount to be raises is EUR 125 300.
About the project to which part of the money will be allocated:
“Bendoriu panoramos” – the owner of the project is developing 5 semi-detached houses on 5 plots of land with a total area of 52.36 ares. Four semi-detached houses have apartments of 120 square meters, and another semi-detached house has apartments of 145 square meters with garages. The estimated revenue from the sale of all houses is EUR 1 718 750. Currently, the project is being actively developed. After the sale of these houses, the developer plans to repay this loan.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To protect the interests of investors, a residential house with an area of 79.79 square meters and a farm building with an area of 16.8 square meters with a plot of land of 6.03 acres belonging to them are pledged at Siaures sodu forth str. 84, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 179 000.

– EUR 1 000 to EUR 2 499 – 10.5%
– EUR 2 500 to EUR 4 999 – 11%
– EUR 5 000 to EUR 9 999 – 11.5%
– From EUR 10 000 – 12%
