Real estate development loan. The purpose of the loan is for the installation of a residential house at 6 Pragiedruliu Gardens, as well as for the refinancing of an existing loan. In order to protect the interests of investors, the property is pledged with a primary mortgage - an 85% completed residential house with a plot at Pragiedruliu sodu 6-oji str. House area 151.46 sq. M. m., a plot of land of 6.42 acres. The project is being developed in a block of detached houses in Vilnius. The residential house will be equipped with partial finishing. Housing infrastructure is developed according to the needs of the population, an outdoor terrace is installed. Quiet and green environment, close to all city communications, renovated micro-quarter. Next to the project is a large Swiss park. Only 8.1 km from the city center. With the collected funds, it is planned to complete the project: to install a full partial finishing, to level the plot and sow the lawn, to lay the blocks and to enclose the plot. We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days. without raising funds.
