We present a new financing project – “Poilsio apartamentai Neringoje”. The raised funds will be used for the purchase of a real estate project. The amount to be raised at this stage is EUR 151 000.

About the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of an apartment with an area of 37.98 square meters, built in 1980, and located on the second floor of an apartment building reconstructed in 2022. Currently, according to the Registry Center, the apartment is 100% complete. The owner of the project buys an apartment with a parking space for EUR 179 244. The owner of the project plans to sell the purchased property during the season with full finished and after evaluating the current market, decide whether it is worth equipping the apartment with all the necessary equipment and furniture.

About the project owner:
The project owner’s group has 30 years of experience in the field of real estate development. During this period, more than 10 000 square meters of apartments, commercial premises and houses have been developed.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure investors’ interests, a 37.98 square meter apartment is pledged at Purvynes st. 55. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 223 000. In addition, the guarantee for this loan is provided by UAB “Destata Profil”.

– From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 8%
– From 500 EUR to 1 499 EUR – 8.5%
– From 1 500 EUR to 2 999 EUR – 9%
– From 3 000 EUR to 7 499 EUR – 9.5%
– From 7 500 EUR to 11 999 EUR –  10%
– From 12 000 EUR – 10.5%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
