We present a new financing project “Namas Vilkyskiuose”, the funds of which will be allocated to the refinancing of an existing loan. The amount to be raised is EUR 94 500.
About the owner of the project:
The owner has long years of experience in RE expansion. He already had investments on Profitus platform and successfully finished 3 projects (Dvibutis “Seimos kvartale”, “Siaures sodai”, “Komfortiski soduose”). For now the owner is in a process of finishing a few other projects crowdfunded on Profitus (“Vilniaus priemiescio loftai” and “Rapsu namas”).
The aim of the project:
The project owner will use the raised amount to refinance an existing loan. This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the real estate. The house is already reserved, so this decision will give the project owner time to arrange the documentation for handing over the house and prepare for a notarial transaction.
