We present a new financing project – “Maluno 6 loftas”. The raised funds will be used to increase the working capital of the company, the amount to be raised is EUR 86 800.

About the project:
The owner of the project is developing a 4-apartment project in Kaunas. In the project, it is necessary to complete the installation of the facade decoration, to carry out the installation of partial decoration and installation of engineering systems inside, and to fix the building. The funds of this loan will be used to complete the construction works in the project under development. The loan will be repaid from the sale proceeds or after the sale of the mortgaged premises/loft. The sales revenue of the development project amounts to EUR 870 000, and the loft is sold for EUR 124 500.

About the project owner:
The owner of the project has the status of a reliable client, he has always fulfilled his obligations on time. This mortgaged loft is in a project financed by Profitus in 2020. The owner of the project converted the premises, designed and equipped 24 premises/lofts and successfully implemented the project within 9 months.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the interests of investors, commercial premises/lofts with an area of 51.23 square meters and the land plot lease right are pledged, at Maluno str. 6C-43, Palanga. 100% completion of the premises was registered. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 134 000. 

Interest by investment amount:
– From 100 EUR to 999 EUR – 10%
– From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10,5%
– From 5 000 EUR – 11%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
