About the Project:
The project owner pledges an 800 m² plot of land located at Lilijas iela 17B, Riga. It is a strategically attractive location, only about 4–5 km from the Old Town of Riga, with excellent access to the city center and a well-developed infrastructure including schools, kindergartens, shops, and convenient public transport connections.

A 942 m² apartment building is planned to be constructed on this plot. The project will be developed in cooperation with an experienced real estate development partner who has completed more than 1,100 housing units to date.

The funds raised will be allocated to the company’s working capital for the preparation of the technical project, after which construction works can begin.

Loan Information:
The loan will be repaid from property sales revenues or through refinancing with another credit institution. Interest payments will be covered by the company’s operating income.


The target amount is planned to be raised within 7 days, with the possibility of extension up to 30 days if the funding goal is not reached.
