About the Project:
The project owner, Energy Creators OÜ, pledges two public-use land plots with a total area of 6 908 m². The plots are in an attractive location by a river, approximately 17 km from Tallinn. Given the location and market activity, the pledged asset is considered liquid; if necessary, it can be realised without undue difficulty, with expected sale proceeds of up to EUR 192,000.

The funds raised will be used to refinance an existing loan with another credit institution and to finance the company’s working capital.

Loan information:
The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the asset sale or by refinancing with another credit institution. Interest will be paid from the company’s operating profit.

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the possibility to extend up to 30 days if the funds are not fully raised.
