We present a new project for investment – “K. Kalinausko 11A-32 (Antrine)”. The raised funds will be used for the furnishing of apartments. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 20 000
The aim of the project:
The funds of the project will be allocated to repair works for other projects developed by the project owner: Sv. Stepono st. 9, Teatro st. 7C, Glitiskiu dvaro lobynas ir Didzioji st. 22. The apartments will be sold after the installation work is completed. This loan will be repay by one of the listed proceeds from the sale of the project.
About the project owner:
UAB “Ribas Holdings” main activity is Real estate operations and retail sale of jewelry and jewelry in specialized stores. To date, the group has developed 928 square meters of apartments and commercial premises and returned funds to investors ahead of schedule.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a secondary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, a 42.13 square meter apartment built in 1940 is pledged at K. Kalinausko str. 11A-32, Vilnius. In addition, this loan is guaranteed by Patrikas Ribas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 129 000.
Interest by investment amount:
– From EUR 100 to EUR 999 – 12%
– From EUR 1 000 to EUR 2 499 – 12.5%
– From EUR 2 500 – 13%
Important: investments made separately are not aggregated.
We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
