Introducing financing project “Butas Zirmunu gatveje (antrine hipoteka)”. The project owner is applying for a second mortgage for the purchase of the property, which he will later furnish with his own funds. The amount to be raised is EUR 17 000.
Objective of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of an apartment of 61.39 square metres. The owner of the project is buying the apartment with a purchase price of EUR 122 00. The apartment is intended to be furnished as two separate apartments. Once these works are completed, the apartment will be sold. The estimated sales income is EUR 198 000. The rental income will be used to cover the loan.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a secondary mortgage:
The mortgage securing the investors’ interests is an apartment in Vilnius, 38-48 Zrmunu Street, built in 1966, with an area of 61.39 square metres. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 122 000.
Interest by investment amount:
– From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 10%
– From EUR 500 to EUR 1 999 – 10.5%
– From EUR 2 000 to EUR 4 999 – 11%
– From EUR 5 000 to EUR 9 999 – 11.5%
– From 10 000 – 12%
