We present a new project for investment, “Butas Seskines gatveje”. The project owner will use the raised funds for the purchase of real estate. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 70 000.

The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of an apartment with an area of 63.48 square meters in Vilnius. The owner of the project buys an apartment for EUR 100 000. The developer plans to divide this property into two apartments, and he intends to carry out repairs at his own expense, equip it in a modern way with all household appliances and furniture. After completing these works, the apartments will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is about EUR 187 500. 

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To protect the interests of investors, a 63.48 square meter apartment is pledged at Seskines str., 71-20, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 108 000.

Interest by investment amount:
– From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9%
– From 500 EUR to 999 EUR – 9.5%
– From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10%
– From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 10.5%
– From 10 000 EUR – 11%
