Introducing the new financing project “Butas Saltkalviu gatveje”. The project owner will use the funds raised to purchase the property, which he will then furnish with his own funds. The amount to be raised is EUR 52 000.
Objective of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of an apartment of 66.17 square metres. The owner of the project is buying the apartment for EUR 87 000. The apartment has three rooms and the owner plans to convert it into a four-room apartment. Once these works are completed, the apartments will be sold. The estimated sales income is EUR 139 000. The proceeds of the sale will be used to repay the loan.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
The mortgage securing the investors’ interests is an apartment in Vilnius, 36-46 Saltkalviu Street, built in 1961, with an area of 66.17 square metres. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 95 000.
Interest by investment amount:
– From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 8.5%
– From EUR 500 to EUR 1 999 – 9%
– From EUR 2 000 to EUR 4 999 – 9.5%
– From EUR 5 000 to EUR 9 999 – 10%
– From EUR 10 000 – 10.5%
