We present a new project for investment “Butas Asigalio g., Kaunas”, the funds of which will be allocated to the final installation of the real estate. The amount to be raised is EUR 17 500.
About the project owner:
The owner of the project has the status of a reliable developer and, together with PROFITUS, financed six real estate projects (Azuolyno G19, Azuolyno G21, Azuolyno G23, Butas Laisves aleja, Butas Rokiskio g. Kaune, Pastatas Siugzdinio g.). The company MB “Jonresta” has experience in real estate development. Implemented different real estate development projects with a total area of 4 150 square meters.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will allocate the raised funds for the final installation of the two-story, 409.83 square meter building located in the Silainiai microdistrict in Kaunas. Commercial premises are formed on the first floor, and apartments on the second floor. Property units will be sold separately. The planned sales revenue is about EUR 1 100 000.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a secondary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, a two-room apartment with a basement of 51.72 square meters is pledged at Asigalio st. 53-27, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 83 000.
The existing primary mortgage is administered by Profitus, so all investments are protected. LTV of the whole project (primary and secondary mortgage) – 90%.
We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
