After these works, the apartment will be sold. The estimated sales revenue is EUR 140 000. The proceeds of the sale will be used to repaid this loan.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 68.8 square meters is pledged at Apolinaro Juozo Povilaicio st. 8-152, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 99 000.
We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
