About the Project:
The project owner – the project company MB “NT Pliusai” – plans to acquire an apartment located at Didlaukio g. 65-116, Vilnius. A preliminary purchase–sale agreement has been signed, and an advance payment has been made. After acquiring the apartment, it is planned to rent it out by rooms to make more efficient use of the property’s potential. The estimated monthly rental income is around EUR 1,500.
After one year, it is planned to carry out renovation works using own funds to improve the condition of the apartment and increase its market value.
The property is located in Vilnius, in the Baltupiai district, where demand for rental and sales properties remains stable. Therefore, the asset is considered a liquid collateral, which could be sold within a shorter period if necessary.
Loan Information:
The loan will be repaid through refinancing at another credit institution. Interest to investors will be paid from rental income or the company’s member contributions.
The fundraising amount is planned to be collected within 7 days, with a possible extension of up to 30 days if the target is not reached.
