At this stage, the client seeks to refinance the existing PROFITUS loan and settle with investors from the first stage, thereby optimizing financial commitments and reducing loan servicing costs.

Loan information:
The loan will be repaid through refinancing in another credit institution or from the sale of the property. Interest payments to investors will be made from short-term rental income.
Maximum planned financing amount: EUR 160,000. The project is financed based on the current valuation of the pledged property until the maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is reached. Once the maximum LTV is achieved, a new valuation will be conducted, and further financing stages will only proceed if the set LTV limit is not exceeded.
