Investors can back impact-driven startups through equity or debt crowdfunding campaigns, with all funds held in blocked escrow accounts at Takasbank for the duration of the campaign. If a campaign fails to reach its target, or if the investor exercises their 48-hour right of withdrawal, funds are returned in full with no deductions. Shares acquired through successful campaigns are officially registered with the Central Registry Agency (MKK). Platform membership is free of charge for investors.
Offer for Fundraisers (Startups)

- No listing fee — campaigns are published on the platform at no upfront cost.
- Success fee of 10% + VAT of total funds raised, charged only upon successful campaign completion.
- MKK service fee of 0.1% + VAT and Takasbank custody fee of 0.5% + BSMV (banking and insurance transaction tax), both payable by the startup after the campaign.
- Optional advisory and consulting services available from the platform team, billed separately.
- Funds are held at Takasbank throughout the campaign; disbursed to the startup only after successful completion.
Both individual and corporate investors may register; membership is free.
Identity verification required; the platform operates within Turkish SPK regulatory framework, which strongly implies Turkish residency requirements.
For investors: Free membership and no platform fees. Credit card payments incur a 3.70% payment processing fee charged by the payment provider. EFT transfer fees vary by bank and are borne by the investor.
