- Donors give to individual public-interest litigation cases, chosen by browsing case pages with the plaintiff’s story, legal background, and a court-record archive for each suit.
- Giving options: a one-time donation or a recurring monthly donation starting at ¥1,000, by credit card or bank transfer.
- As a certified NPO (認定NPO法人), CALL4 donations qualify for Japanese tax relief — donors can choose an income-tax deduction or a tax credit worth up to roughly 40–50% of the donated amount.
- 100% of a donation goes to the case and the platform’s operations — CALL4 takes no fee from donations or from case fundraising.

- Cases must be filed or about to be filed, target a social issue, and name a national or local government body as the defendant; the case page is created by the plaintiff or their support organization with a consenting lawyer who supplies the litigation materials.
