About the project:
The project owner has acquired a mass of land plots near the town of Vievis, where he plans to develop a settlement of single-family houses. The massif consists of 34 land plots, including two communication plots and one plot designated for a green zone, with a total area of 4.5665 hectares. Single-family residential houses are being developed on the homestead land plots. The project owner is also considering the possibility of selling undeveloped land plots to buyers who would like to build their own residential houses. Currently, preparatory work is underway for access roads to the land plots, and projects are being prepared in parallel for the removal of electricity poles from some of the plots, and houses are also being built on Linų and Ievų streets.

Project progress:
The funds raised during this stage will be used to fully settle with the investors of the VI stage and for real estate development. The development works of the land plot array are proceeding according to plan - one or two residential houses are being built, and after they are sold, the proceeds are invested in the construction of another house.

Loan information:
This loan will be repaid from the sales revenue of the developed residential building and additionally pledged land plots, which is estimated to be EUR 278,511. Interest will be paid to investors from the project owner's operating income.

Maximum funding amount: EUR 500,000. The project is financed according to the current valuation of the pledged assets until it reaches the set maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio. Upon reaching the maximum LTV, a new property valuation must be performed, and further project financing stages will be announced and collected only if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded.


We plan to raise the required amount within 7 days, with the possibility to extend it to 30 days if the funds are not raised.
