The planned selling price is from EUR 3 000 per square meter. Estimated sales revenue of the entire project is EUR 1 500 000.
About the progress of the project:
The construction works of the house are almost finished, the registered completion of the house is 80%. The funds received will be used for furnishing the apartments (furniture, equipment), environmental improvement (pads, fences, storerooms) and the general recreation area (swimming pool, gazebos).

The owner of the project has been working in the field of real estate construction since 2007. Since 2017, he has been establishing the company "Namu idejos", which has developed 1 500 square meters of real estate projects.

The registered completion of the apartment is 80%. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 240 000. In addition, the company's shareholders, Asta and Oleg Kozevnikovai, provide guarantees for this loan.
