We present a new financing project - "Loftas Kalvariju g.". The raised funds will be used for the installation of the loft. The amount to be raised is EUR 25 000.
About the project:
In December 2021, the owner of the project bought the Creative Workshop - a loft, which he intends to equip and sell. The loft will be equipped economically. The intention is to install a bathroom, lay the floor, paint the premises, install stationary furniture. About EUR 20 000 are planned to be spent on the installation. The loft will be sold for at least EUR 90 000.

To secure the interests of investors, a creative workshop / loft of 21.47 square meters and the land lease right (10 out of 15946 square meters) are pledged, at Kalvariju st. 149-52, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 50 300.
We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
